[Windows] Regression: Jumplist items are not removed after Clearing Browsing Data

Issue description

Chrome Version: Latest Chrome 61 Stable
OS: Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit some pages in different tabs
(2) Close all tabs / Quit Chrome
(3) Restart Chrome
(4) Clear Browsing Data (everything from the beginning of time)
(5) Quit Chrome
(6) Make a right-click on the Taskbar Chrome icon and take a look at the Jumplist

What is the expected result?
No entries.

What happens instead?
All the visited items are still there.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
I noticed it since the latest Stable Update from Chrome 60 to Chrome 61.

Tried this issue on Windows 7 on the latest Canary 63.0.3218.0 and latest Stable 61.0.3163.91 with the steps mentioned above.

Can observe that the entries from history is deleted, but under most visited list only 'Welcome to Google Chrome, Chrome Web store' and under Tasks list 'New Window and New Incognito Window' is seen.

Please find the attached screen shot for reference.

Can you please check and update the thread if this is expected?
If not, please provide us the screen shot of the expected behavior, for better understanding of the issue.

Thank you. It seems that my Chrome profile wasn't okay. I reinstalled Chrome and everything is working as expected now. Closing.
