permission.site is zoomed in after entering and exiting fullscreen mode.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to http://permission.site/
(2) enter Chrome VR
(3) press the fullscreen button
(4) press the app button on controller or x to exit fullscreen

What is the expected result? page format / zoom should be the same after exiting fullscreen. There should be two columns of buttons like before going fullscreen.

What happens instead? page format/zoom is different. There is only one column of buttons.
