[Missing Test]: ontrack is fired when setting a remote description

Automated tests for the below commit have been missing.Would it be possible to add test coverage to avoid regressions in future?

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This bug is only applicable while the flag is off, and soon the feature will be unflagged. I don't want to add tests that make sure a feature that is off is off. IDL makes sure it is off. It was just this special case WRT events and that won't happen again during dev of this feature.
