Growing memory when opening images in DOM and removing them

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Copy the attached JPEG to /tmp/
2. Open the attached html.
3. Check the allocated memory.

What is the expected behavior?
It should free memory for images.

What went wrong?
Growing memory when opening images in DOM and removing them. It doesn't deallocate the memory.

I have checked the new one (Linux Version 63.0.3217.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit)). It have already solved this issue. Sorry for the useless issue. Would you close this one?
