window.getComputedStyle problem

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. .context_kw17::before {
    content: "test";
}
2. window.getComputedStyle(document.querySelector('.context_kw17'), ':before').getPropertyValue('content')

What is the expected behavior?
should return "test"

What went wrong?
return empty

Did this work before? Yes don't remember

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.91  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

Rechecked this issue on Windows 10, Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04 with the provided sample test.html file using chrome version 61.0.3163.91 Stable build. Observed that on all OS The result displayed was "Passed". Attached screen shot for the same.

@ zhangmin6105: Request you to please check and let us know if there are any other way to replicate the issue.

i think this issue is duplicated with  issue 709744 .
