UX Feature: Show highly visible button in separated devtool window that focuses the debugged page

Reported by va...@visionsinteractive.ch, Sep 15 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.18 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
I'd like to suggest the following enhancement: indicate in the devtools whether it is attached to an incognito or a normal tab. I usually use separate screens and windows.

This usually increases my productivity, but can be become a hassle if I have several windows (and devtool windows) open.

I can provide concrete use cases if needed.

What is the expected behavior?
In a separated devtool there is a highly visible button which immediately brings the debugged page to front. I attached a possible visualization of this suggestion.

What went wrong?
I sometimes mix up the separated devtool windows and the debugged pages (working in parallel).

There is an easy way to focus the debugger window again (e.g. pressing Ctrl+Shift+I), but not the other way around.

Did this work before? N/A

Of course this icon should also not appear in case a service worker is inspected and similar cases, where there is no associated tab with DOM data.

Thanks for the report. As of Chrome 66, there is a 'Focus debuggee' button in the 3-dot menu in the top-right.
