1.Checked <Show input options in the shelf>
2.Open opt-in menu in shelf 
3.Select any keyboard


ACTUAL RESULTS
The opt-in menu becomes abnormal(only the top and bottom of the opt-in menu display ), then it disappears.Video attached.

Expected
It should disappear directly.


Note:
This issue does not repro on 61.0.3163.70
