nassh: mouse back button kills SSH session even in windowed mode

Project Member Reported by brenneman@google.com, Sep 15 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 60.0.3112.113
Secure Shell version : 0.8.36.10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a Secure Shell session.
(2) Hit the back button on a five button mouse, or the back button some keyboards have, or use a touch gesture for "back".

What is the expected result?
The app should probably ignore all "back" intents (or at least put up an "are you sure..." dialog if blocking is impossible).

What happens instead?
The app goes "back" to the login screen, and the shell session is lost.

how are you opening the session ? is it in a tab or a new window ?
This is a new window. On my Windows laptop, I've created a shortcut for the app, and open it using that shortcut.
I also replicated the behavior on my Mac opening in a new tab as well.
