Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 61.0.3163.91 (Official Build) (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : http://www.trinusmart.com Other browsers tested: Firefox and Safari Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: PASS (Version) Firefox: PASS (V55) IE: PASS (Edge) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1). Open the website using http://www.trinusmart.com (2). Try to scroll down (It may accept you to do scrolling) (3). You can see that most of the widgets will not load What is the expected result? 1. Scrolling should work. 2. Other widgets should be load properly Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. We are thinking it as an issue with new version of Chrome and It was working fine in the older versions of Chrome. Hello, Where did i mentioned as Android webview ? Clearly i mentioned that we are getting this issue on Widnows 10 in Chrome 61. Also i gave you the link to forum about the discussion with your team. We are expecting it as regression bug with your latest version of Chrome V61. They have a smooth scroll that is detecting the user agent explicitly.

Looks like they are using the old smoothing_scroll library part of their wordpress theme.
