Issue descriptionChrome 63.0.3215.1 (Official Build) canary SyzyASan (32-bit) (cohort: ASAN) Windows 10 Enterprise Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393.1593 NVDA 2017.3 JAWS 2018 Beta Firefox 55.0.3 (64-bit) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch NVDA and Chrome, go to Drive (2) Navigate to the NEW button, press enter to invoke (3) Navigate through the expanded menu What is the expected result? Menu items read JAWS + Chrome: no issues, menu items read NVDA + Chrome: Expanded menu items are not read, silence JAWS + Firefox: no issues, menu items read NVDA + Firefox: no issues, menu items read

@leberly, I'm confused by your use of the word "collapsed" - do you actually mean "expanded" (the opposite of collapsed)?
