Wrong URL eliding behavior in Omnibox

iOS 10.3.3

The ".com" fades out in the screenshot, but it should be elided from the sub-domains instead, according to https://www.chromium.org/Home/chromium-security/enamel#TOC-Eliding-Origin-Names-And-Hostnames.
