When you're done with the enterprise enrollment flow and reach the confirmation screen, ChromeVox should speak the window title aloud. When we got to this screen, ChromeVox actually completely stopped working and we couldn't get speech to play at all, even when pressing the tab key to shift keyboard focus. The ChromeVox speech panel (at the top of the screen) shows text from the previous screen. Note that even when you turn ChromeVox off and back on again, even on other screens in the login process, it does not work. This doesn't seem to be introduced by this specific change, but it's really important -- we can't have ChromeVox completely freeze like this.
