Sheriffbot-Auto-triage Rule: Available (re-circulation) bugs which are not modified for a year:

Issue/Concern or feedback: 

The sheriffbot message says 'Sorry for the inconvenience if the bug really should have been left as Available. If you change it back, also remove the "Hotlist-Recharge-Cold" label.'  

But the documentation the sheriffbot links to says "-Cold and change the status to Untriaged. The Hotlist-Recharge-Cold label is applied for tracking purposes, and should not be removed after re-triaging the issue."  Which is it?

(I'm sorta suspecting I should leave it on; these bugs are in a "Patches welcome" type of category, which means I expect them to stay available for a while.  But I'd much rather be working with the sheriffbot instead of fighting it, so I want to understand the expected workflow.)
