Find an intermittent issue with in-browser cast discovery on my debug version of Chrome:

1. Open MR dialog and find 14 devices
2. Open MR dialog again in about 5 seconds and only 7 devices left
3. Keep opening MR dialog and just 7 devices

Not sure if it is a real problem. No consistent repro.

Derek helped debugging this, we found out that:

in-browser cast discovery returned 14 devices to extension.

mr.cast.AppDiscoveryService.checkAppAvailability_() calls for those disappeared devices timed out and they have {} app_status map.

GET_APP_STATUS request is sent to chrome cast device, and response is also received. (CastChannelAPI::CastMessageHandler::OnMessage() is invoked). Somehow extension fails to receive message.

Created a bug for reference.
