Change menu icon from arrow to horiz-dots

The arrow icon doesn't accurately portray the associated action. To be consistent with how Chrome handles other contextual menus and to not conflict with the vertical separators already in place, a horizontal dot menu is being proposed. 

If possible, can we use the chrome (wrench) menu icon and flip its orientation? If not, please assign to bettes@ for triage.

In the mockups, the dots in this icon are closer together than the ones in the menu (so that's what I implemented). Which is right?
