Possibly. But I think there is more we can do here. The screenshots have an HTTP auth dialog on top of a JavaScript alert. That should not be allowed.
It's also not very obvious that switching tabs will close the dialogs. How can we make this more obvious? Should we just add a "Close Tab" button to modal dialogs if the page repeatedly triggers them?
it's not a real dialog box, i can't click on it, it's look like it's always the same fake page /screenshot, but charging an other fake link so fast, that overcharge the cpu and didn't allow me to exit the tab or the omnibox pop up.
did you test the link ?
Given #3 and #4, I'd say this is a duplicate of Issue 394296 . So far we have mitigated that issue somewhat — insufficiently, obviously — but not solved it.
