Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Init repo on version release-R61-9765.B
2. run cros_sdk post sync
3. cros_sdk fails with 'Anonymous users does not have storage.objects.get access to object chromeos-localmirror/distfiles/dex2oatds-0.0.1.tbz2.'

What is the expected behavior?
cros_sdk succeed

What went wrong?
cros_sdk fails with 'Anonymous users does not have storage.objects.get access to object chromeos-localmirror/distfiles/dex2oatds-0.0.1.tbz2.'

Similar to issue reported in https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/chromium-os-reviews/G2UGExGNcsw shows a similar problem. Fixed by altering link properties as per https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/d/msg/chromium-os-reviews/G2UGExGNcsw/t9W5Jsq5AgAJ

Also: https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromeos-localmirror/distfiles/dex2oatds-0.0.1.tbz2 fails when browsing so looks like a permissions issue on the file. Other files in the same distfiles download fine.
