Chrome experiments page submission is not working

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

collection drop down manu is not working. seems cant fetch data from server

Could you please confirm is the above issue is related to chrome://flags? If yes,
please let us know which experiment you are trying to enable/disable? Please recheck the same by upgrading your chrome to latest stable #61.0.3163.91

Thanks for the bug report! It looks like this is not a Chrome bug but instead an issue with the site, so I've filed a bug with them instead and will close this one.

For completeness, here is a set of repro steps:

1. Navigate to https://experiments.withgoogle.com/submit.
2. Click the 'Collection' drop-down menu (the one that says, 'Choose one or more').

Actual behaviour:
Observe the drop down is blank.

Expected behaviour:
The drop down probably should have some items in it.
