Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Playstore. Drag the window and leave so that entire window is visible.
2. Press (Shift) + (Alt) + (+). Window is centered. Hover mouse pointer on the window. It goes back to its previous position on the screen.
3. Move Playstore window so that portion of if is below the bottom of the screen.
4. Now press (Shift) + (Alt) + (+). 
5. Only the visible portion of the window appears.

Expected Result:
Window keep in center, or deny the move center action at first.

Actual Result:
The window moved to center and move back with any interaction.
