Once we remove the last vestiges of MediaPlayerManager and associated remoting code. We can improve the security of the fallback/HLS path by moving MediaPlayerRenderer out of the browser process.

Probably there are some other hurdles, but it'd be a significant security and stability win (we saw ~30% browser stability improvements moving most playbacks out of the browser) to get this out of the browser process, so it's something we should look into.
