Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Copy the attached files into a webserver
2. Run the test.html in a secure connection (HTTPS) on Chrome 61 browser
3. Proceed with self-signed certifcate
4. Click 'Test websocket connection' button on the test page.
5. Look the result on the Developer console

What is the expected behavior?
Websocket connection should be open without any issue from worker.

What went wrong?
Browser throws below exception
WebSocket connection to 'wss://localhost:443/' failed: WebSocket opening handshake was canceled

Non-secure websocket connection works fine inside worker.
