Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch app and open the above URL
  2. Scroll up and down
  3. Look at the bottom bar

Observed results:
Notice that there is a lot of jank in the scroll, and the site contents are visible beneath the bottom bar.

Expected results:
Scrolling should be smooth with no visible content peeking from beneath the bottom bar. This issue doesn't exist on Firefox on the same page.
