Headless chrome ignores AuthServerWhitelist

Issue description
Chrome Version : 60.0.3112.78 (Official Build) (32-bit)

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Set AuthServerWhitelist variable (or trusted site on windows)
(2) Run chrome with --headless flag
(3) Navigate to a url that requires windows authentication
What is the expected result?
Receive authorised response
What happens instead?
Receive unauthorised response
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This works without the --headless flag, as soon as I add in --headless the auth no longer works
