Chrome/NVDA Narrator reads ETF ID text twice

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Below is dom causing issue :

What is the expected result?
Chrome/NVDA should narrate ETF ID once. 

What happens instead of that?
Chrome/NVDA narrator reads ETF ID twice. 

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Narrator reads as 
ETF ID: ETF ID 
ETF ID  edit  read only

Hello,

I used the following steps to repro. Please feel free to provide different repro steps if you are looking for a different outcome. 

# Save the HTML from above as an html file
# Launch in Chrome Canary
# Start NVDA
# Navigate through the elements and listen to the verbalization on the edit box.

NVDA speaks "ETF ID  edit  read only" 

# Launch HTML file in Firefox, focus on the edit box 
NVDA speaks "edit read only"
