And then? - Do you have the history data type checked? - Do you have the correct time range selected? E.g. could it be that you're deleting history for the past hour and the website visit is older than that?

Thanks! This is a dialog that allows you to exempt frequently used sites from deletion by unchecking the checkbox. One reason a site can show up there is that you created a bookmark for it. Do you have a bookmark for buyhatke.com? I just tested it and it seems that sites are still suggested even if you previously cleared cookies, this looks like a bug.

No I have not bookmarked.

Important sites don't check whether there is data for a specific site. Even if all data has been deleted a site can still be considered important e.g. because of bookmarks. We should probably check whether a site has cookies or any quota managed storage before showing it?

A site can be there if: 1. It has notification permissions, 2. It is bookmarked, 3. It is added to the homescreen, 4. It has high engagement. Can you check your website permissions to see if that origin has the "Notifications" permission?

Question: In the dialog in comment #6, did you click "Clear" to clear the data for that site? This dialog just lets you protect a site from being cleared if we think you like that site, it doesn't do anything if you leave that website checked. Can you go to Chrome -> Settings -> Site Settings -> All Sites -> Search -> buyhatke.com and check if it has any permissions? Just to confirm, do you keep the checkbox next to that site checked when you click 'clear'? If you do this 3 times in a row it should make that site go away as well.
