What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to above link,click on last name field
(2)Press tab key till focus reaches checkbox for e.g 'football'
(3)Now hit spacebar or enter key and observe.

Actual: Unable to click on checkbox using spacebar or enter key for pdf file.

Expected: Should be able to click on checkbox using spacebar or enter key for pdf file.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M45' series i.e 45.0.2404.0
