What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Freshly launch chrome and click on 'change' link button from first run bubble.
(2)After loading the page click on back button of manage search engine and observe the bottom of page.


Actual: Content of previous page is seen after clicking on back button of manage search engine.

Expected: Content of previous page should not be seen after clicking on back button of manage search engine.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M60' and below is the manual regression range:
59.0.3071.0 (Revision:464642)
60.0.3072.0 (Revision:464836)

You are probably looking for a change made after 464795 (known good), but no later than 464796 (first known bad).
