Text Color on Push Notification Android doesn't follow OS default styling

Reported by sendzat...@gmail.com, Sep 14 2017

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable notification for any website, eg: mobile.twitter.com
2. Wait for Push Notification
3. Open notification drawer

What is the expected behavior?
Text color should follow default OS styling for push notification, it will hard to read when default drawer background is dark.

What went wrong?
The notification text body is hard to read because it always has black color.

Did this work before? N/A
