I cannot reproduce this issue. The stack trace suggests that the compilation does not fulfill or reject the promise in the end, but does not indicate where it gets stuck. As for now I don't see anything I could do.

ClusterFuzz testcase 5133825754791936 is flaky and no longer crashes, so closing issue.

If this is incorrect, please add ClusterFuzz-Wrong label and re-open the issue.
