Uber tray help: Some of the search results are duplicated.

Chrome OS Version: M62 (9901.13.0, 62.0.3202.21) dev build
Tested on dev channel caroline device

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Click on Help item from uber tray
2. Type in search box for some articles
3. Suggestion results are displayed

Expected Result:
Many of the results are duplicated. All results are carrying a phrase 'undefined' in it. Many of the links cannot be opened as well.

Actual behavior:
Results should not be duplicated. Links must be accessible. Phrase 'undefined' must be removed.

Issue is still reproducible on M-71 version (11151.19.0, 71.0.3578.31) and the behavior is same as in c#4.
