Docserver: Purge entries corresponding to the old app version in the Cloud datastore.

Cloud datastore keys contain the app engine version. These are never purged even for really old versions, which we'll never re-serve. The cloud VM should purge these entries for really old app versions (say 10 below the currently serving version).
