long running gmail has been failing for a long time, according to https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=system_health.memory_mobile%2Flong_running%3Atools%3Agmail-background&testType=system_health.memory_mobile. I'm disabling it.

Lowering Pri as story is now disabled

I've just noted that the bug was filed for failures on N6, but the story got disabled on Android One.

The story is also no longer failing on N6. So I'll just revert the disable.
