octane failing on chromium.perf/Android One Perf |

Issue descriptionoctane failing on chromium.perf/Android One Perf Builders failed on: - Android One Perf: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf/builders/Android%20One%20Perf Looks like it's a crash. I don't see much in the log myself, can one of the cc-ed owners take a look? I'm going to disable the test.

after skimming over the log it looks like it goes OOM and gets killed by the Android scheduler. That is either a device capability problem or something with our Telemetry infra. The first can be verified, after we got hold of an AndroidOne device.
