Omnibox overlaps with camera and sensor shelf on iPhoneX

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch app
  2. Open new tab
  3. Place cursor and conduct a search or navigate to a webpage

Observed results:
Observe the top of the omnibox is cut off by the camera and sensor shelf.

Expected results:
Omnibox should be moved down to avoid overlap with the camera and sensor shelf.

@stk can you please clarify the wording of toolbar vs omnibox?

Also Justin did you already land a fix for this?

Probably a duplicate of 766720, although 766720 only fixes the toolbar in the most common usage, launch on portrait, use in portrait scenario.  Please mark as dup if that's acceptable.
