https://console.developers.google.com/m/cloudstorage/b/chrome-telemetry-output/o/5410ad0a-99a1-11e8-a968-0242ac110008 contains a screenshot showing the failure. The screenshot seems to indicate that Chrome did indeed crash.

We are deleting 'Android One Perf' (issue 870905) so feel free to Won't Fix this bug if it's the only platform which the test fails on
