Google logo is covered by the toolbar on iPhoneX during signin

Issue description

App Version: 63.0.
iOS Version: iOS11
Device: iPhoneX Sim


Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch app
  2. Opt to sign in during First launch


Observed results:
Observe that Google logo at the bottom is covered by the toolbar with the Prev/Next carrots and Done button.

Expected results:
Google logo should not be covered.

When the keyboard is up, half the screen (including the Google logo) is hidden.
When only a physical keyboard is connected, only the bottom is hidden. This is what is happening here.

jlebel could you take a look?  This is likely WAI for the reasons jif@ stated above, but we should probably update the UI to account for the keyboard accessory view when physical keyboards are attached.

Please help decide if this is WAI. Note that iPhone X is taller than any other phones, may be this has always been the case and just that there wasn't a phone tall enough to show the partial logo. Lowering to Pri-3 since there does not seem to be any functional impact.

After talking with mihai, this is WAI. This is because the textfield has the focus (in the screenshot). Therefore the keyboard is shown (at least the upper part of the keyboard, since a physical keyboard is simulated, the full keyboard is not shown).

This always happened for any device, any version of iOS.
