Printed documents occasionally print blank pages

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Produce a document that will print multiple pages.
2. Print it.

What is the expected behavior?
All pages should print correctly.

What went wrong?
Occasionally, some pages would come out of the printer blank. This occurrence appears to be random.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Tested the issue on the reported version 60.0.3112.113, latest stable 61.0.3163.79 and the latest canary 63.0.3214.0 using Windows  10,Ubuntu 14.04, the issue is not reproducable with below steps. 

1.Navigated to http://www.pdf995.com/samples/pdf.pdf 
2. Pressed Ctrl+P 
3. Printed the document with local printer 
4. Observed no blank pages

@Reporter, could you please share the document in which you have seen the issue.
Unfortunately these documents are internal-only and contain sensitive information.

Questions:

1) Is the document a webpage or a PDF?
2) Is it always the same page(s) that are missing, or different page(s) each time?
3) If you print to the Microsoft XPS Document Writer virtual printer, does the output XPS file have missing pages too?
