Able to reproduce the issue on windows 10 with the reported version of Chrome/61.0.3163.79 and latest Canary 63.0.3215.0. This issue seems to be Non-Regression as issue is seen from M50-50.0.2645.0. Hence, marking it as untriaged. Note: Issue is not reproducible on Linux as the behavior is different on Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.1
