CTRL-tap doesn't consistently open links in a new tab |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3112.113 OS: Win10 Pro What steps will reproduce the problem? - hold down control, touch a link on Youtube.com What is the expected result? - The video should open in a new tab What happens instead? - The video opens in the current tab On many other pages ctrl-tap does open in a new tab, not sure what's special about YouTube. |
