MediaSession notifications should include time left by default

It would be a nice touch to include time left when consuming media content from Chrome in MediaSession notifications if website doesn't define anything with the MediaSession Web API.

For info Google Search App does this already. See go/gsa-podcast


Here are some ideas where we could include this:

In general, I'm not a big fan of this as, as far as I know, it's not a common behaviour on Android: I have never seen a media notification showing the remaining.

This could apply only to <audio> then if we're talking about Podcasts. WDYT?

I think my consistency argument still applies. Do you know if this is a common pattern for podcast apps? I surely haven't seen this on my podcast app. Note that we wouldn't be able to differentiate podcast and music.

FYI, the "Now Playing" iOS and MacOS screen show remaining time for all audio (podcast and music)

But this is a common pattern on iOS. Given that we are talking about Chrome Android, we should aim for Android ecosystem consistency :)
