@ hovhannisyan: Could you please provide sample test case or sample URL page to reproduce this issue

Hi All, Sorry for late answer. I can't provide test environment since the application which I'm working on is in our company private cloud. We use JSP files and it seems like the problem might come from there. I also noticed the same issue in Atlassian Jira product. To reproduce the problem you can create jsp index file and deploy it to tomcat web app.

Thank you for providing more feedback. Adding requester "divya.padigela@techmahindra.com" to the cc list and removing "Needs-Feedback" label. For more details visit https://www.chromium.org/issue-tracking/autotriage - Your friendly Sheriffbot

not FileAPI - maybe a network cache issue, but without a repro it's going to be very difficult to verify that it's not just something about the reporter's configuration (cache-control headers, etc)

Removing the Needs-Bisect label, as there is no repro to test the issue from TE-end. Please feel free to add the same if repro steps are available to triage the issue. Thanks...!!

One thing that may help is a netlog, please see https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details for instructions --- though you might want to e-mail it rather than post it here since it's a private site.

Closing this issue for now since without a net-internals or repro there's nothing that can be done on our side. Feel free to re-open if you're still having the issues and can provide some repro/logs.
