Box shadow causes unnecessary horizontal scroll bar when using display: table with box-shadow

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open attached Repro.html file
2. Horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom

What is the expected behavior?
No scroll bar should be appear, this was not an issue in Version 60.0.3112.113(Windows 64 bit). Also a problem in the Ubuntu version.

What went wrong?
Horizontal scroll bar should not be present.

Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3112.113

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.79  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
