Download in progress dialog disappear after minimizing the browser window.

Chrome Version: 63.0.3213.3 (Official Build) 4e4b7b10a922c89dcbcfec4b1f5bda7300fedb2d-refs/branch-heads/3213@{#5} 32/64 bit
OS:Linux(14.04)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to http://azurespeed.com/Azure/Download
(2)Download 2-3 files and click on exit via wrench menu such that dialog box appear.
(3)Minimize the window and again click on window, observe the dialog

Actual: Download in progress dialog disappear after minimizing the browser window.

Expected: Download in process dialog should not disappear after minimizing the browser window.

This is a Non-regression seen from 'M45' series i.e 45.0.2404.0
 
Note: Issue not seen on Win & Mac OS.

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
