Floating 'P' window pops up if click Voiceinput then swipe BS key

Firmware Google_Link.2695.1.169


REPRO STEPS:
1.Checked <Enable swipe gestures> for US keyboard
2.Switch to US keyboard
3.(Must step)Click Voice Input then close it
4.Swipe the Backspace key to left/right

ACTUAL RESULTS
A floating window with 'P' pops up at the bottom of the Keyboard.

Note:
1.This issue does not repro without step #3.
2.It's different from that on 61.0.3163.70
