Steps:
1.Switch to any keyboard with compact layout .eg. US keyboard
2.Go to its hw panel 
3.Switch to other keyboard's hw panel without compact layout (only have full layout)
4.Press left-down corner icon to return to main keyboard

Actual:
Full layout display as compact layout ,not correctly
