Regression: Unwanted focus stays on Star icon after right click and pressing Esc key actions.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 63.0.3213.3 Revision 4e4b7b10a922c89dcbcfec4b1f5bda7300fedb2d-refs/branch-heads/3213@{#5} OS: Mac(10.11.6) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, open NTP and right click on Star icon(right click context menu gets opened) (2) Press Esc key and observe. Actual: Unwanted focus stays on Star icon after pressing Esc key. Expected: No such focus should stay on Star icon after pressing Esc key. This is a regression issue, will soon update the other info: Good Build: 56.0.2919.0 Bad Build: 56.0.2920.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Mac(10.12.5,10.12.3),Windows and Linux OS.
