Enable MST on kernel 4.4

It's enabled on 3.18 on intel, but not yet on 4.4. Let's flip the bit.

Revert "CHROMIUM: i915: temporarily disable DP MST support by default"

This reverts commit d26b8f3fb5f6c4bb8465576c2647bd6d0b13c8ec.

This enables MST on i915 on kernel 4.4-based devices.
