Handle mdns records from IPP-Everywhere printers appropriately

Project Member Reported by justincarlson@chromium.org, Sep 13 2017

Issue description

See section 4.2.1 of the IPP Everywhere printers spec.

IPP-Everywhere printers should, in addition to _ipp[s]._tcp records, also export _ipp[s]._tcp._print records.

Right now we don't listen for these. We should listen for these records and, when we find them, use that information to mark the relevant printers as auto-configurable.
