When editing/adding an address and going to the country chooser view, we lose the nav bar, swipe to navigate back doesn't work and the status bar looks horribly broken as it is transparent and you can see the scrollview content pass underneath it. It would seem this VC is not apart of any navigation controller, but it should be (there should be a nav bar with a title that says "Country/Region" and a back button).
