Platform apps appear under the blocked Flash content setting.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open chrome.
(2) Use any platform app (Say gnubbyd)
(3) See the Flash content setting page.

What is the expected result?
The platform app is not there.

What happens instead?
The platform app appears as blocked in the Flash content setting.
